Our coffee export department is built with a highly qualified Q-grader and coffee export manager with many years experience in the industry. We provide both mainstream quality and specialty coffee at a highly competitive price and our well equipped testing laboratory filled with highly professional staff together with our work ethics and strict observance to deliver on schedule makes us stand out.
This allows us to control the quality of our products directly from the start, and, allows us to keep our operational costs down. Strategic locations of our facilities ensure that our supply chain management is fully controlled.
The facilities are equipped with the latest technological machinery, and, they follow internal safety and efficiency standards. Superior processing capabilities, quality standards and reliability are the foundation our facilities are run on.


We currently own a large warehouse in Addis Ababa for coffee bean processing and storage, featuring a state-of-the-art coffee bean cleaning machine with a capacity of 13-15 tons per hour. Additionally, we operate three washed coffee processing stations and two natural coffee processing stations in the Yirgacheffe and Guji areas, supplying Yirgacheffe, Kochere, and Guji types of coffee year-round at full capacity.
We have recently finalized the purchase of coffee bean farmland in the Kercha area of Guji, further expanding our production capabilities. We also collaborate with our long-term partners who supply coffee from the Sidamo, Lekempt, and Jimma areas.

K.Mikedem has recently secured an international organic and RFA certification for our coffee exports from one of our processing station in Yirgacheffe and our cleaning and packing warehouse in Addis Ababa.
This certification, encompassing 360 farmers, ensures consistent volume and high-quality coffee. We are committed to expanding our reach by including more farmers and certifying additional coffee processing stations in the Guji area. As one of the few Ethiopian green coffee exporters with this prestigious certification, we offer full traceability of our organic coffee back to the farmers.
