Coffee Division
K.mikedem has recently secured an international organic certification for our coffee exports from one of our processing station in Yirgacheffe and our cleaning and packing warehouse in Addis Ababa.
We are also have Rain-forest alliance (RFA) certificate. This certification, encompassing 360 farmers, ensures consistent volume and high-quality coffee. We are committed to expanding our reach by including more farmers and certifying additional coffee processing stations in the Guji area.
As one of the few Ethiopian green coffee exporters with this prestigious certification, we offer full traceability of our organic coffee back to the farmers.
Our Sesame
We offer a full range of premium sesame seeds including machine-cleaned, sortex-cleaned, hulled, and tahini , all processed at our in-house cleaning facilities equipped with a state of the art Cimbria processing line. Our machine-cleaned sesame is purified through multi-stage mechanical cleaning; sortex-cleaned sesame is color-sorted for uniformity and visual quality; hulled sesame is processed to remove the outer shell while preserving nutrients; and tahini-grade sesame is specially selected for its high oil content and ideal texture. Every product meets international food safety and export standards, ensuring top quality from farm to shipment.
Our Imports
We have been the sole importer of Midea products in Ethiopia since 2018. Our products are brand-specific and include home electronics, such as refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, air conditioners and heaters, various grinders, and we provide our customers with quality home appliances that can make their lives easier and more comfortable. We have more than 11 brand shops in major locations in Addis Ababa and we also export our products to different regions with our long-term partners.
